Definitions

    1. Administrator – Company “MODUS” Przedsiębiorstwo Odzieżowe S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Świętej Trójcy 2, 85-224 Bydgoszcz, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000048943, fully paid-up share capital in the amount of: PLN 1,816,000.00, NIP: 5540310451, REGON: 091109499.
    2. Cookies – IT data, small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Administrator’s website.
    3. Device – an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Administrator’s website.
    4. User – means an entity for which services may be provided electronically in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions or with whom an Agreement for the provision of services electronically may be concluded.

Use of cookies

    1. The Administrator uses cookies via the website.
    2. Information collected on the basis of cookies is used to properly optimise the operation of the website, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.
    3. Cookies record the activity of the Website User by recognizing the device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a manner tailored to individual User preferences.
    4. The solutions used on the website are safe for the devices of Users using the Administrator’s website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to get into the Users’ devices.
    5. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

The session cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s device.
      2. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the device does not delete them from the device. Methods of determining the conditions for storing or accessing cookies

    1. The User has the option to limit or disable access of cookies to their device. If this option is selected, the use of the Service will be possible, but the functions that require cookies to operate will not be available.
    2. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User’s device.
    3. The changes to the settings referred to above can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time cookies are placed on the device.     4. The User may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use.
    5. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functions available on the Administrator’s website.
